Non-Refundable FeesAfter the Initial Refund Period:
No refunds will be offered for the initial project fees once the three-business-day period has expired. This policy is enforced because our team begins allocating resources and time to your project immediately upon commencement, aiming to meet your project's deadlines and quality expectations.
Ongoing Projects:
For projects that have moved beyond the initial stages, we are unable to offer refunds for work already completed or resources already allocated. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur, and we encourage our clients to contact us directly to discuss potential solutions.
Processing RefundsApproval Process:
We review all refund requests submitted within the initial three-business-day period promptly. Our team will assess your request and communicate our decision within three business days.
Refund Method:
